RAHA agents are equipped with the resources of our global corporation, allowing home agents at multiple locations to work together as a single "virtual" call center, in which every call receives consistent call handling and every agent experiences equitable workload balancing. While these agents work from home, they have access to Results' industry experience and cutting-edge technology. Our home agents are supported by the same technology used in our customer contact centers, which includes our predictive dialer, ACD skill-based routing system, inbound/outbound dialer switch, digitized recording, video screen capture and interactive scripting system. This ensures optimal performance and enables our clients to be comfortable knowing that every call will be handled by a skilled agent, no matter where the call is being answered.
